Terms & Conditions
Aesthetic Excellence, Client Safety & Care Standards governing consultations, aesthetic and wellness treatments, memberships and gift voucher purchases at FACE Weybridge.
Aesthetic Excellence, Client Safety & Care Standards
These Terms & Conditions govern all consultations, aesthetic and wellness treatments, memberships and gift voucher purchases at FACE Weybridge. Our multidisciplinary team includes both medical and non-medical practitioners, each working within their professional qualifications, training and scope of practice. Where medical assessment, prescribing or oversight is required, this is provided by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with the policies and terms set out below.
1. Practice Overview & Professional Standards
FACE Weybridge is an advanced aesthetics, skin and wellness clinic based at 71 Queens Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 9UQ. Our multidisciplinary team includes both medical and non-medical aesthetic practitioners, each working within their individual qualifications, training and scope of practice. Where medical assessment, prescribing or oversight is required, this is provided by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. All treatments are delivered in accordance with FACE Weybridge’s professional standards, treatment protocols and commitment to client safety and care.
2. Consultations, Treatment Suitability & Practitioner Discretion
Client safety, wellbeing and natural-looking results are at the heart of our approach.
- Pre-Treatment Consultation: All injectable treatments, including Botulinum Toxin, dermal fillers, polynucleotides and Profhilo, require an appropriate consultation and assessment before treatment. Where a treatment requires medical assessment or prescribing, this will be carried out by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or prescriber.
- Practitioner Discretion: All FACE Weybridge practitioners reserve the right to decline, postpone or discontinue treatment where, following consultation and assessment, they consider the treatment unsuitable, contraindicated, outside their scope of practice, or not in the client’s best interests. Where appropriate, further medical assessment or clearance may be requested before proceeding.
- Medical History & Full Disclosure: Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding their medical history, current and previous medical conditions, prescription and non-prescription medications, allergies, bleeding disorders, previous aesthetic or surgical procedures, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status. Clients must also inform their practitioner of any relevant changes before subsequent treatments. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability, safety and outcomes. FACE Weybridge cannot accept responsibility for adverse outcomes to the extent that they result from relevant information being withheld or inaccurately provided by the client.
3. General Clinic Policy
To ensure a safe, comfortable and hygienic environment for all clients, the following policies apply when visiting FACE Weybridge:
- Age: Clients must be aged 18 or over to receive injectable treatments and certain advanced aesthetic treatments. Valid photographic identification, such as a passport, UK driving licence or PASS-accredited proof-of-age card, may be requested before treatment.
- Animals Attending the Clinic: For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not permitted within the clinic. If you require an assistance animal, please let our team know in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements wherever possible.
- Children Attending the Clinic: For safety and insurance reasons, children cannot be left unattended in our reception area or accompany clients into treatment rooms. Our team are unable to supervise children, and we kindly ask clients to arrange appropriate childcare before attending their appointment.
- Food in the Clinic: To maintain our hygiene standards, we kindly ask clients not to bring or consume hot food within the clinic. Food should not be consumed in treatment rooms or waiting areas. If you need to bring food with you, please ensure it remains securely stored in your bag or in its original unopened packaging.
4. Appointments, Booking Deposits & Cancellation Policy
To ensure appointment availability is managed fairly and sufficient time is reserved for each client, the following booking and cancellation terms apply:
- Booking Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure consultation and treatment appointments. Where applicable, the deposit will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
- 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Where more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, your booking deposit may be transferred to a new appointment or refunded in accordance with our booking terms.
- Late Cancellations & Non-Attendance: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the booking deposit being forfeited.
- Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened where it is safe and appropriate to do so, or rescheduled if there is insufficient time to complete the treatment safely without affecting subsequent appointments. Additional booking charges may apply where an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to late arrival.
5. Treatment Outcomes & Realistic Expectations
Aesthetic, skin rejuvenation and body contouring treatments can produce different results for each individual. Treatment outcomes may vary depending on factors including individual anatomy, skin condition, lifestyle, treatment response and adherence to aftercare.
- Treatment Results: Our practitioners use carefully selected professional products, technologies and treatment techniques. While every treatment is performed with the aim of achieving the best possible outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed, and individual responses, longevity and the number of treatments required may vary.
- Expected Results: Your practitioner will discuss the expected benefits, potential limitations, likely longevity, treatment plan and realistic expectations with you as part of your consultation and assessment.
- Review Appointments: Certain treatments may include or require a review within a specified timeframe. For example, where appropriate, anti-wrinkle treatment reviews are generally carried out within 2–3 weeks. Clients are responsible for attending within the advised review period. Reviews requested outside the recommended timeframe, or additional treatment or product beyond what is included in the original treatment, may be subject to an additional charge.
6. Post-Treatment Aftercare & Client Responsibilities
Following your treatment, your practitioner will provide appropriate aftercare guidance to support your recovery and treatment outcome.
- Aftercare Guidance: Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided for their specific treatment. This may include avoiding touching or applying pressure to the treated area, strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, excessive heat or sun exposure, certain skincare products, and makeup for a specified period, where applicable.
- Client Responsibilities: Following the recommended aftercare is important for supporting treatment results and reducing the risk of unwanted reactions or complications. Failure to follow the aftercare advice provided may affect treatment outcomes and increase the risk of complications.
- Responsibility for Outcomes: FACE Weybridge cannot accept responsibility for adverse outcomes to the extent that they result from a client’s failure to follow the aftercare instructions provided.
7. Adverse Reactions & Emergency Guidance
Your safety and wellbeing remain a priority following treatment. If you experience unexpected or concerning symptoms following a treatment, including significant or worsening swelling, redness, pain, unusual skin changes, asymmetry, or any other reaction that causes concern, please contact FACE Weybridge promptly for guidance.

- Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: FACE Weybridge cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of gift cards. Where an electronic record of the gift card can be verified, FACE Weybridge may, at its discretion, assist in recovering or reissuing the remaining balance.
